Since 1977, Joseph M. Estock has been employed by local civil engineering firms where he engaged in the practice of civil engineering and land surveying. He has been responsible for the design and management of numerous land developments, highways and municipal engineering projects. His specific expertise includes the design and analysis of stormwater management facilities, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, on-lot sewage disposal, water distribution, and erosion and sediment pollution control. Other services include municipal engineering, expert testimony, and land planning.
Former municipal engineer for the Borough of Norristown and West Norriton Township. Joseph M. Estock was responsible for the review of development plans, design of public work projects and attendance at public meetings.
