Since 1977, Joseph M. Estock has worked for local civil engineering firms, engaging in the practice of civil engineering and land surveying. He has been responsible for the design and management of numerous land development projects, highways, and municipal engineering initiatives. His specific expertise includes the design and analysis of stormwater management facilities, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, on-lot sewage disposal systems, water distribution networks, and erosion and sediment pollution control. Additional services include municipal engineering, expert testimony, and land planning.

Member of the Watershed Planning Advisory Committee for the Stony Creek/Saw Mill Run Stormwater Management Plan, serving seven municipalities in Montgomery County, PA.


Project Engineer for “Brandywine Ridge,” a 476-acre residential subdivision and land development in West Bradford Township, Chester County, PA.


Expert witness in civil engineering before both judicial and municipal boards.
