Since 1977, Joseph M. Estock has worked for local civil engineering firms, engaging in the practice of civil engineering and land surveying. He has been responsible for the design and management of numerous land development projects, highways, and municipal engineering initiatives. His specific expertise includes the design and analysis of stormwater management facilities, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, on-lot sewage disposal systems, water distribution networks, and erosion and sediment pollution control. Additional services include municipal engineering, expert testimony, and land planning.
Former Municipal Engineer for the Borough of Norristown and West Norriton Township, Joseph M. Estock was responsible for reviewing development plans, designing public works projects, and attending public meetings.
